Sunday, July 25, we will Rock Around The Campfire at Lake Afton (25313 W. 39th South [MacArthur Rd]), Shelter #4, 6:00—8:30 PM. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket and pop or water to share. A map of the lake can be found at: http://www.sedgwickcounty.org/lake_afton/shelter_map.htm
If you need a ride to Lake Afton, please contact a youth team member to reserve your ride, then meet at Good Shepherd south parking lot at 5:30 pm.

 What is Happening?
Happening is a weekend retreat put on "by teens for teens." The program is focused on the person and teachings of Jesus Christ and centered on youth sharing their experiences and faith with other youth. Happening participants hear talks from youth and adult leaders on topics such as identity, reality, prayer, faith, piety, and discipleship. Participants also spend time in small groups discussing the talks and engaged in activities. And of course there's lots of time for worship, singing, games, and fun.
